Celebrate summer, history, and community with Bike Lebanon’s Pedal the Past!
Join the group for a fun bike ride to the Alexander Schaeffer Farm’s Cherry Fair in Schaefferstown, Saturday, June 27!
It’s a perfect way to enjoy the outdoors while exploring one of Lebanon County’s historic properties and a local summer tradition.
📍 Meeting Location: Dutch-Way Schaefferstown Parking Lot
2495 Siegel Pike (Route 501), Schaefferstown
🍒 Time: 12:00 PM
🚴 Ride Details: 10-12 miles round trip is an easy pace, great for riders of all skill levels
🍒 Event Info: $5 admission to the Cherry Fair (pay at event)
What to Know Before You Go:
Children must wear helmets.
Adults are strongly encouraged to wear helmets.
Close-toed shoes are recommended for all.
This ride is part of our Monthly Historic Ride series (May–October), highlighting unique local sites and stories across Lebanon County. It’s a great opportunity to get active, connect with others, and celebrate America’s 250th Birthday!
The Alexander Schaeffer Farm Cherry Fair features a farmer's market, vendors, traditional Folk-art artisans, demonstrators, and presenters. Entertainment by the Rehrersburg Band and the Ephrata Cloisters Choir. Enjoy tractor rides, wagon rides, hit-and-miss engine displays, tour the 18th century Schaeffer House and walk through our Heirloom four-square garden.
Bring your friends and family, soak in the scenery, and enjoy a destination filled with sweet treats at the Historic Schaefferstown, Inc. Cherry Fair!
