“This was truly an honor,” Nadine Shingleton said. “It’s every business owner’s dream to be able to turn the business over to their family, and I had the privilege of doing that. I want to keep working a while, but it was time to turn it over.” https://buff.ly/OWGEJhn

I’m feeling incredibly grateful seeing this story shared. ❤️

This project, and everything surrounding it, has been a true community effort from the very beginning. There are so many people who have shown up, offered support, shared ideas, lent their time, and believed in the importance of preserving and celebrating our local history.

Thank you to everyone who has been part of this so far, whether you’ve been behind the scenes, boots on the ground, or simply cheering us on. It all matters more than you know.

A special thank you to those working to bring attention to the Roebling legacy and the historical significance here in our region. These stories deserve to be told, remembered, and experienced by future generations.

We’re just getting started. 🤍
