The Ozaukee County Historical Society breaks ground on the 1912 Saukville Firehouse, preserving a significant piece of local history.

Happy Ignite the Fire Friday!
We are excited to share that we officially broke ground on Monday at the site where the firehouse will be at Ozaukee County Pioneer Village - OCHS as Ray Clausing Excavation began the dig! Check out this recap of the groundbreaking ceremony! This is the next step in our multistep process to move the historic firehouse. Stay tuned for more updates as we continue the journey of moving this historic building! Tomorrow's the day, Saturday May 16th join us for the WWII Living History Event!

There will be a whole day filled with fun for your entire family that you won't want to miss. This year, we have several exciting exhibits you won't want to miss, including the WWII Bomb Crews and Atomic Veterans display on loan from The Highground Veterans Memorial Park located in Neillsville, WI.

AND enjoy an evening of fun for the BIG band Dance at 7-9PM! Attendees are encouraged to come in 1940s attire for the dance.

We hope to see you then!
Admission: $10 Adults, $8 Seniors & Students (13-17), Veterans & Kids (5-12) $5. WWII Veterans Free. Dance Only $5. Daily admissions includes evening dance.
