Painting is an expressive process I’ll never stop encouraging. Painting helps us say things in a different way when words are not enough. It’s an exercise and an outlet. Over the years I’ve been able to watch how art actually opens us up, frees us up a bit more, and allows us to connect and process things otherwise left hanging or even broken!
I hope those who enjoy it keep at it and those who don’t keep trying anyway, you’ll get “stronger”! Happy painting!
