Carson and Raydar — a boy and his steadfast companion, captured in a moment of pure love! Raydar even looks like he is smiling.

A sweet moment from years ago — my friend’s granddaughter, just beginning her dance journey. Hard to believe she’s 13 now. Amazing how early passions show up long before we realize what they’ll become.

Grace Among the Ruins
There’s a special kind of poetry in this moment — a lone gymnast holding a powerful pose inside the weathered stone ruins of an old Irish church.
This piece is especially meaningful because the gymnast is my friend’s granddaughter, captured from a photo and brought to life on canvas.

Powell Street Cable Car - San Francisco
The glow of the streetlights, the movement in the tracks, the rhythm of San Francisco itself… it all comes together in this one scene. I can almost hear the bell and feel that cool Bay breeze.

Half Dome, Held in Brushstrokes
The way Half Dome rises with that unmistakable strength, the meadow meadow stretching out in soft greens and golds, the trees standing like guardians at its base. It feels like Yosemite on one of those perfect days when the air is crisp, the sky is wide, and the whole valley seems to pause.

Revisiting a masterpiece—not to replicate it, but to step into its atmosphere and see what your own brush wants to say. This painting is my interpretation of Monet’s Bend in the River, a scene that has always felt alive with quiet movement and shifting light.

Davenport, CA - The winding path and the pop of wildflowers, the quiet pull toward the horizon. Rugged and beautiful, no wonder it's my Grandson's favorite place to surf.

Three Places, Three Stories — One Journey Through Artistic Expression

Snowbound Cars, NYC
There’s something magical about a city wrapped in silence. The snow piles high, the streets slow down, and suddenly New York feels intimate — almost tender. This piece freezes that rare moment when the city exhales.

Roman Bridge on the Danube River near Regensburg, Germany
The stone arches, the calm water, the soft reflections — it’s a reminder of how gracefully old architecture can hold its place in the modern world. You can almost feel the centuries beneath your feet.

French Hotel in the South of France
Sunlight, warm shutters, golden walls, and that unmistakable southern French charm. It’s the kind of place that makes you want to slow down, wander the gardens, and sip something cold under the trees.

Puamana ~ Lahaina, Maui. This painting holds the spirit of Hawai‘i. The colors, the calm, the nostalgia, it's like standing on the shoreline right before the sun melts into the ocean.
And then there’s that wave…
Not just a wave, but a heartbeat — the kind that reminds you why Hawai‘i’s waters feel alive. Power, grace, and a rhythm that’s been rolling long before us and will keep rolling long after.
