🚧 CALLING ALL TOY TRUCKS 🚧

We're gearing up for FUNstruction, our Family Fun Night celebrating the groundbreaking of the Museum's expansion, and our truck pile needs your help to grow! 🚛💛

If your little one has outgrown their toy trucks or construction vehicles, bring them by the Museum and help us build the ultimate construction zone for FUNstruction night!

Kids will get to dig into hands-on building activities, check out real construction vehicles from GMH Builders and Broderick General Engineering, and even watch a ceremonial demolition kicking off construction on our bigger, better Museum.

🚛 Toy truck donations welcome at the front desk anytime we're open, which is 9am-4pm everyday EXCEPT Tuesdays.

All gifts to the UP! Expansion made between now and September 30, 2026 will be matched by Redwood Credit Union and a longtime Museum benefactor, up to $500,000!

UP! is our capital campaign to grow the Museum, bringing brand-new exhibits and learn-play experiences to life. As a non-profit, we couldn't do this without the incredible support of RCU, our volunteers, and the wider Sonoma County community.

Mary's Garden is full of wonders.

Kids who explore nature build confidence, creativity, and a sense of wonder for our world. That's why the Children's Museum created Mary's Garden, an expansive greenscape full of hands-on, learn-through-play experiences. Every visit is a chance to discover something new.

♟️💫 Build strategy, sharpen focus, and have fun at Chess Club! This after-school program introduces kids to the fundamentals of chess while building critical thinking, all in a supportive group setting.

Whether your child is brand new to the game or already knows how to play, Chess Club is a welcoming place to learn, practice, and grow.

Ages: 6-12
When: Wednesdays, September 9, 16, 23, 30 & October 7, 14, 21, 28
Time: 2:30–4:00 PM (late drop-off and early pick-up okay!)
Price: $119/month for members, $132/month for non-members
