Your phone is letting you down. There is no replacement for viewing artwork in person.

The bright eyes of a great blue heron. The ripples of water in a gulf wave. The hair-like setae on a crab's legs. The intense gaze of a great gray owl.

These can be eye-catching on social media. But they are soul-stirring in person.

In a world filled with screens and scrolling, our gallery offers a different kind of visual stimulation. The kind that stimulates you mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. The kind only achievable when you see and experience an artist's work in person.

Open by appointment. When would you like to visit?

I agree with this statement by John Muir, but I might just extend it one step further: Alpenglow among the Tetons is the best alpenglow of all.

The Teton Range during alpenglow may be my favorite subject to observe, witness, and capture anywhere on our planet. The color palettes just can't be replicated anywhere else, any time of day—and they are never quite the same twice.

Here are some of my favorite captures of Grand Teton and Mount Moran during alpenglow.

Which is your favorite?

Your home is more than an interior...

It is a heritage, legacy, lifestyle, and sanctuary.

I'm here to ensure it feels the way you want it to feel for years to come.

How do you want YOUR home to feel?

I don't believe any human craves concrete or steel.

No one has ever visited a real estate development decades after it was developed and said, "Thank God this was built!"

However, how regularly must visitors to our few remaining natural beaches or places like Grand Teton National Park state the opposite phrase? "Thank God this WASN'T developed" is certainly heard constantly, and we've all felt that emotion.

If you're like me, and your soul is nourished and sustained by spending time among the God-made instead of the man-made... My artwork is created for you.

There is a moment, standing still in a Costa Rican cloud forest, when the air itself seems to hum.

More than fifty species of hummingbird live in this one small country, roughly a seventh of every kind on Earth, gathered in a beautiful setting without equal.

The lesser violetear. The purple-throated mountain-gem. The coppery-headed emerald. Names as vivid as the birds that wear them.

To photograph them is an exercise in patience and reverence. They hold still for no one, and certainly not me or my cameras. But every so often the light catches a throat just right, and a bird smaller than your thumb becomes a stained-glass window—proof, to me, of a Creator who pairs colors no human would ever dare.

A few of my favorites from my Costa Rica Collection. Swipe through.

Naturally Yours,
Zach

SAVE THE DATES... There's nothing like a gallery event at Wild Feather Gallery on 30A...

Our slate of events for the remainder of 2026 is published here for your convenience. Each offers a completely unique experience, with different collections and pieces displayed and featured each time. No two visits to Wild Feather Gallery are ever alike, so make plans now to enjoy not one, but all of these events.

Attendance to these events is complimentary, but registration is required. These are peaceful evenings with the art and artist, so space is intentionally limited.

Registration details will be shared on social and on our website approximately two weeks prior to each event. If you're unable to attend an event, consider requesting a private gallery visit for an at-your-own-pace exploration of Zach's collections.

We look forward to seeing you!

Witnessing once-in-a-lifetime moments is what motivates me.

Helping you bring the beauty of Creation into your home is what fulfills me.

From the beaches of 30A in my backyard, to the unforgiving backcountry of Yellowstone, to remote stretches of Africa... I'll keep exploring as long as I'm able—and I can't wait to share the moments with you.

Timeless.

That is the word that comes to mind when I look at these captures. Africa's most majestic creatures—some of the Creator's most impressive—presented in nothing but light and shadow.

A leopard's heart-stopping stare. A lion's mane catching the last light of the day. Craig, the super tusker and true royalty, framed against Mount Kilimanjaro. In monochrome, these moments feel less like photographs and more like something remembered. Something that seems almost too beautiful to exist in this world.

These aren't just captures of beautiful creatures—they are among my most meaningful memories from my time in Africa. Which is your favorite?

Great blue herons are among the most popular subject matter of artwork sold at the gallery, and it is no wonder—they are such beautiful, majestic creatures!

We're fortunate here in Florida and along 30A to enjoy their graceful presence year-round. They seem to break the rule of "quality or quantity," as they are fairly common to see on our beaches, within dune lakes, and even nesting in pine trees—but they are certainly one of the world's most beautiful birds.

They are also incredibly adept at surviving almost anywhere... While the locals didn't seem to care for the recent snow here in Florida (see "Snowbird"), I've seen them walking through snow and ice in Wyoming.

Which of these pieces would you welcome into your home?

"These beautiful horses inhabit the last operating ranch within the borders of Grand Teton National Park in Wyoming.

“I’ve spent countless mornings meandering through Jackson Hole, waiting to see how the rising sun’s rays would illuminate the Teton Range’s majestic peaks. This tradition is typically futile, as so many factors have to be in alignment for a truly memorable moment.

“Fortunately, this was just such a morning. Even though the sky was cloudy, just enough sunlight snuck through the clouds to softly bathe the Grand Teton in a purple-orange hue. Of course, the true highlight of this moment was this group of horses grazing, seemingly perfectly placed and posed. t as the light was soon blocked by the clouds, and the horses didn’t stay in such a photogenic position for very long. I’m incredibly grateful to have witnessed this, not just because of how special it was, but because I am certain this will never be repeated.”
