Join us for a Closing Reception & Artist Talk with Grayson Fair Saturday, June 13 at 2pm. Fair will be in conversation with owner Justin Kouri to discuss his first solo show with the gallery.

“Through intuitive gestures, physical engagement, and a commitment to material honesty, I document moments of emotional intensity and personal reckoning,” explains Fair. “The act of making becomes a record of movement, resistance, and release.”

Grayson Fair (b. 1992) is based in Santa Fe, New Mexico, where his practice is shaped by movement, material, and place. He studied at the University of North Texas focusing on sculpture, drawing, fibers, and ultimately grounding himself in ceramics.

After graduating, Fair participated in a series of residencies across the country: from a yearlong immersion in Taos, NM and Arizona’s Reitz Ranch to the American Museum of Ceramic Arts in Pomona, CA. Most recently, he was a two-year woodfire resident at at the Clay Studio of Missoula, MT. Afterwards, he moved to Omaha, NE, where he worked as a studio assistant to Jun Kaneko.

Grayson Fair's first solo exhibition with Kouri + Corrao, Pressure Point, is currently on view through June 13, 2026.
