Wings of History Air Museum The Wings of History is a non-profit all-volunteer organization dedicated to aviation history throug The Museum has been in existence for more than 40 years.

The Wings of History Museum is an all-volunteer, non-profit organization dedicated to the preservation and restoration of antique aircraft, and displaying items from aviation history. The name has changed over the years, but the spirit and enthusiasm of the members has always been the driving force that makes the Museum what it is today. Once a year we host a free Museum open house held on a Satur

day in May. At our open house we invite all to come and experience our museum, and additional special event exhibits such as antique automobiles, tractors, engines, and other fun things. If you would like to be a part of our May event or help our museum in other ways, we would like to talk to you. Our volunteers are people who share an interest and a love for flying machines or history in general. We all work hard to preserve, restore, and display any and all things to do with the evolution of flight.We strive to develop a fraternal spirit among the region's antique aircraft enthusiasts and to provide a forum for the exchange of aircraft history and information.

We are proud to present a display for the "Honoring Our Veterans" exhibit at the Gilroy Center for the Arts. The exhibition is viewable Veterans Day, November 11th through November 30, 2024.

"Honoring Our Veterans" is a special exhibit featuring artwork, memorabilia and special mementos from Veterans who served our Country. Though their artwork varies by subject and individual perspective, one thing unifies them: they all served in the U.S. Armed Forces.

We salute and honor all the men and women who sacrificed their time and lives to serve our country.

Hours: Tuesday-Friday 1pm-4pm
Saturday 10am-4pm, Free Parking

It was wonderful to see the excited faces of guests of all ages that stopped by the museum for our Open House.
