Summer Sculpture Camp:
SCULPTURE and STORY
June 12th-14th
10 am-5 pm each day

Technical and Creative Guides: Bridget Hauser, Ross High

All skill levels welcome!⭐

Participants bring ideas, then build a sculpture that tells a story, expressive of a situation or activity.
It can be realistic, whimsical or humorous.
Options are only limited by the creativity and imagination of the individual.
Using the depth of each student’s available skills, through observation and imagination, a sculptural story will be told.
High and Hauser bring their different perspectives and skill sets together to guide you to the successful ex*****on of your idea.

$375 Includes:
25 lbs of Cone 5-10 Grande (you can purchase more at $15/bag.)
Color slips, stains, underglaze
Instruction
Bisque firing
Potluck day one, 2 other lunches provided
24 hour Open Studio during workshop for your continuing work

WOWSERS!

This weekend flew by in a flash but not without leaving its mark in our hearts.
This was by far our biggest Dirt Dauber, yet!

We certainly could not have done this weekend without several OUTSTANDING volunteers and AWESOME helpers galore to keep these wheels turning!

Most of all THANK YOU to everyone who showed up to support these fantastic artists and musicians. This community is truly AMAZING!

It's DIRT DAUBER WEEKEND!
Join us this Saturday, 10am-6pm, and Sunday, 12pm-5pm, for a fun time!

Stop into our Dogseye Gallery to see our newest exhibit, Functional Non-Functional- Fifty Years of Clay with Pat Johnson!
It's a once-in-a-lifetime show that you are truly not going to want to miss!

Pop in for a free pickle on a stick, a hot dog, and enjoy some live music courtesy of the San Marcos Arts Commission ⭐

📢HERE IS THE MUSIC LINEUP FOR THE DIRT DAUBER FESTIVAL📢

We are beyond excited to have this amazing music lineup for our two-day festival this upcoming weekend, May 16th and 17th!

These musicians will keep your toes tapping all weekend long!

Big THANKS to the ⭐Sam Marcos Arts Commission⭐ for the grant to hire these wonderful musicians!

Come on out to hear these talented folks, partake in some free refreshments, watch clay demos and contests, and support over 60 artists selling their fabulous work!
