It’s the final week to experience 𝘈𝘭𝘪𝘤𝘪𝘢 𝘈𝘥𝘢𝘮𝘦𝘳𝘰𝘷𝘪𝘤𝘩: 𝘊𝘰𝘯𝘶𝘯𝘥𝘳𝘶𝘮𝘴 and 𝘔𝘢𝘳𝘤𝘪𝘦 𝘉𝘦𝘨𝘭𝘦𝘪𝘵𝘦𝘳: 𝘊𝘩𝘪𝘮𝘦𝘳𝘢: 𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘍𝘶𝘵𝘶𝘳𝘦 𝘰𝘧 𝘕𝘢𝘵𝘶𝘳𝘦 at SLOMA.
Two exhibitions. Two very different worlds — from the color, form, and imagination of 𝘊𝘰𝘯𝘶𝘯𝘥𝘳𝘶𝘮𝘴 to 𝘊𝘩𝘪𝘮𝘦𝘳𝘢’𝘴 dreamlike exploration of our changing natural world.
If you’ve been meaning to visit, this is your sign. And if you’ve already been? Come take one more look. There’s always something you missed the first time around.

SLOMA membership rates are going up this spring, but renew now and you’ll lock in today’s rate for a full year of art, connection, and a few pretty great perks.

Second Saturday plans? We’ve got art to make and art to explore. 🎨
Join us at SLOMA for a hands-on art activity inspired by our mural project, 𝘉𝘶𝘯𝘯𝘪𝘦 𝘙𝘦𝘪𝘴𝘴: 𝘉𝘪𝘳𝘥 𝘞𝘢𝘵𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨 — then stick around and see what else is on the walls.
Our Docents lead free, interactive tours of SLOMA’s current exhibitions every Saturday at 11 AM, with plenty of stories, questions, and new ways to look at the art.
Just check in at the front desk to join. Free and open to all.

Happy 10 years, Rowan! 🎉
From cataloguing 150+ donated books as a SLOMA volunteer in June 2016 to helping guide the Museum through its first-ever audit in 2026… it’s been quite a decade.
Along the way: weekend receptionist → administrative assistant → Museum Store manager → navigating the work-from-home days of 2020 (with twice-weekly mailbox runs!) → discovering a love for nonprofit accounting → going back to school → and now building the accounting processes that support SLOMA as we continue to grow.
A lot has changed in 10 years—including SLOMA itself—but Rowan has been here through so many chapters of it.
Happy SLOMA-versary, Rowan! 💛 Here’s to 10 years of growing, learning, adapting, and keeping a whole lot happening behind the scenes.
