Lenin Olavarria (b. 1988, La Antigua, Veracruz, Mexico) is a Mexican artist based in the Bay Area. He utilizes acrylic, oil, and watercolor paint to explore contemporary themes informed by his q***r and immigrant perspective. Olavarria delves into the intersectionality of his     cultural traditions and modern LGBTQ+ life. He seeks to harmonize these identities, birthing a new, evolving perspective in his work.

Alyssarhaye Graciano (b. 1994, San José, CA) is a trilingual fiber artist and painter. Once a linguistic specialist in the tech industry, she left her day job to pursue a career in the arts. While she mainly knits and crochets, painting, sewing, macramé, and weaving are also parts of her art practice. Today she works as the Visual Arts Curator at MACLA in San José, CA. Alyssarhaye continues her art practice through public art, pattern design, workshops, and exhibitions.

Imara Osorno (b.2000, Ocotal, Nicaragua) is a Nicaraguan-American multidisciplinary artist based in the San Francisco Bay Area. Her work spans painting, printmaking, and sculpture, exploring themes of identity, immigration, and memory, often infused with a deep appreciation for mythology and storytelling. She has exhibited her work both locally and internationally, completing two residencies in Costa Rica. Osorno holds a BA in Studio Practice from San José State University and is currently working as the Curatorial Associate at MACLA.

Rayos Magos (b. 1984, San José, CA) is a Latinx/Chicano, mixed-media artist from San José, CA. His artwork mixes Mesoamerican symbols and contemporary Chicano/Latinx iconography in a hybrid form, which speaks to the limbo space of biculturalism. His work explores the contrast and connection between materials, while telling visual stories inspired by culture, people, identity, and societal roles.

kaory santillan bueno (b. 1993, Tepic, Nayarit, Mexico) is an indigenous (wixarika and na’ayari) scholar and transdisciplinary artist with an affinity for clay. She migrated to Los Angeles as a young child. Their art incorporates traditional techniques mixed with modern thought and applications. They are a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley completing a dual degree in Media Studies and Art Practice. Their art has been exhibited in multiple art centers, museums, and galleries in the Bay Area and nationwide.
