Robert Steiner's entry into this year's Federal Duck Stamp competition got 5 out of 5 "yes" votes in the first round of judging and is on its way into the final round of judging tomorrow. To see the first round judging of his entry, follow this link and start at 57:12 of the livefeed video. His entry is no. 165 of 192. The species is a Common Goldeneye.
