TINT Gallery

TINT Gallery TINT is a San Francisco based art gallery that showcases contemporary artists, highlighting women artists in particular, who innovate across media.

TINT showcases contemporary artists who innovate across media, spotlighting women artists in particular. We look for the unusual, the surprising, the unordinary. Our artists find unexpected ways to use common media, creating a craft of their own along the way. We’re a new kind of gallery: there’s no intimidation, prices are always listed, and the process of acquiring art is made transparent and ac

cessible. We’ve even created a seating area so you can linger and take in the art. Our goal is to connect to the local community, to provide a space for meaningful conversations, and to bring a feeling of warmth and welcome to an art gallery.

Artist Polly Townsend has travelled to some of the most remote, hostile landscapes on earth for her work, focusing on mountain, plateau, and desert regions.

Glacial Melt VI, E.V., 2025, by artist

The etchings in Murray’s Glacial Melt series convey the grandeur of Arctic mountains and glaciers, immense, timeless forms now shifting under the pressure of a warming planet.

TINT has selected Henar Iglesias’ Confubiüs to represent the theme of “A Quiet Resilience” at The San Francisco Art Dealers Association (SFADA) booth at the San Francisco Art Fair, April 16 - 19, 2026

Come visit us at Booth D07!

The mosaic technique employed in the creation of “Confubiüs” draws upon the Mesoamerican craftsmanship used by featherwork artists known as amantecas. It distinguishes itself from other techniques by fixing the partridge feathers with wax onto paper, preventing them from curling.

The Moebius Strip is a mathematical figure with a single surface and an infinite path. Boundaries blur and limits fade away, fusing the inside and the outside into a resilient continuum.

“Confubiüs” was a finalist for the LOEWE Craft Prize in 2019 and was selected to take part in the LOEWE Craft Prize exhibition in Tokyo in 2019.

TINT is honored to curate the The San Francisco Art Dealers Association (SFADA) group exhibition “A Quiet Resilience “ at the 2026 San Francisco Art Fair,
April 16 - 19, 2026

With artwork from 9 Bay Area galleries, the presentation explores how artwork can be resilient without overtly depicting it in the subject matter of the works. It asks, what does resilience looks like behind the scenes?

TINT has selected Henar Iglesias’ Confubiüs to represent the theme of “A Quiet Resilience.”

We will also be showing small works in the Salon section by .laura.artwork

Come visit us at Booth D07!
