Found another old photo of me as crew on the Hobie 18. A friend and I raced this boat for 15 years around 5 states and won 75 trophies including the “Governor’s Cup”, Ogallala, NE, Lake McConaughey. For mid-west sailors, this is equivalent to the America’s Cup. 😁 This photo was on the cover of the “Rocky Mountain News”.
