Just an FYI for anyone not in the know… We’re kind of broke, lol! We make just enough to get by… But it would be awesome if we could make enough to hire some more people and do even more awesome things for the community - Plus, we really want to do more free events and stuff, but right now we kind of need the money.

So, if you like what we do, consider becoming a donor! It’s the most direct way to support us. We would super appreciate it, I promise.

And, that money leftover from the Comicon fundraiser isn’t going nowhere… Right now, it’s going towards helping us improve our current events (such as getting a better speaker system for movie nights) and preparing for our Hallopalooza market and Electric Dead Massacre haunted house on Halloween!

Also… Our rent is EXPENSIVE!!! If it weren’t for our Laguna Comics warehouse in the back, we’d have gone out of business long ago. They’re carrying us right now.

There’s only 4 spots left for our goat doll workshop…

📍 4914 NW Loop 410, San Antonio, Texas (by Wonderland Mall)
🗓️ October 22nd, 6:30PM
🎟️ $45 on day-of (RSVP to reserve your spot)

A word from the teacher, Uncanny Dollhouse :

We’re gonna learn how to make dolls the way my grandma used to. No experience required, just interest. At the end of the day, it’s only one stitch.

I provide one painted head, 4 hooves, a cut pattern with guidelines, needles, thread, a magnetic “pin cushion”, stuffing, and everything else required for making a small goat bag charm! We’ll be learning how to backstitch, which is one of the strongest and easiest stitches. Once we’re done here, you’ll be able to do stuff like repair your clothes in a pinch as well.
