The Railway Museum's Choo Choo train will be giving rides Saturday, Oct 10 from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. at "Mejor Que Nada" at 455 S. Oakes Street. It's a new event by the San Angelo Museum of Fine Arts. $5 per ride

It was fun to have our little Choo Choo train in the Mertzon homecoming parade. It’s so cute and really makes people happy. We’re thankful Tom Mase drove to San Angelo, picked up our train, cheered it through the Mertzon parade and then gave it a ride back home.

We need help repairing our trailer so we can haul the Choo Choo to events and parades. It’s not even street-legal to cross San Angelo. Does anyone have the tools and know-how to fix an open trailer? It’s been sitting out in the hot, hot sun and may need new tires too.

That's the Railway Museum's little Choo Choo Train in the Mertzon parade. Thanks to Tommy Robinson, our conductor, and Tom Mase, who drove from Mertzon to San Angelo to give our train a ride!
