SEE YOU TONIGHT!

Join us Friday Oct. 9th at the Calaveras County Museum on Main St. San Andreas for the Opening of our new exhibit, 'Crafting Heirlooms'!

Our hours for the day will be 12-7 (with light food and drink after 5) so come on by and immerse yourself in our County's ongoing craft traditions - quilting, knitting, blacksmithing, taxidermy, and a whole lot more!!!

The Calaveras County Museum on Main St. San Andreas will be open until 7pm tonight - come by and check out our 'VICE' exhibit before its gone!

We'll have our Travelling Trunk at Gold Country Roasters in Murphys today from 8AM until 2:30PM - stop by and talk history with us!

We have a busy weekend ahead of us!

Friday 8/14 the Downtown Museum will be open 12-7
Saturday 8/15, our Executive Director Emma will be at Gold Country Roasters with an informational booth about the society and what we offer. (She also used to roast and barista there!)

Another weekend of fun is on the horizon! This time featuring Calaveras Historical Society. Fun fact, Emma (the ED) used to roast with us AND she was kind enough to supply historical photos for our an art installment for the café makeover.

Needless to say, we are admittedly very biased in our love for Calaveras Historical Society. So please come on down and get all the information you could want on the history of our area, the museums Calaveras has to offer, how to become a member and more!
