Perimeter Wall Booth Regulations: 10' in depth.
A standard/linear booth found on the perimeter walls of the exhibit floor.

The maximum height is 12'. This 12' height may be maintained on the sidewalls of your booth up to a distance of 5' from the front aisle. The remaining length of the sidewall may be not be higher than 4'.

Hanging signs are not permitted over perimeter wall booth spaces.

Inline Booth Regulations: 10 feet in depth. Any booth that shares a common back wall and has other exhibitors on one or two sides.

Maximum height is 8'. This 8' height may be maintained on the sidewall of your booth up to a distance of 5' from the front aisle. The remaining length of the sidewall may be no more than 4' high.

A corner booth is a linear booth exposed to aisle on two sides.

Hanging signs are not permitted over standard/linear booths.

What is Drayage? Drayage is probably the most expensive word a new exhibitor has never heard. Drayage fees pay to move your crates and shipping boxes from the loading dock to your booth space at the exhibit hall, remove the empty crates before the show, store them during the show, return them after the show and move your repacked goods back to the loading dock after the show. Cost for drayage is based on weight in CWT (hundred pounds). This rate is different for every show and can be found in the exhibitors handbook.

Carpet Rental: The base grade of carpet for most shows is 16 ounces and you might as well spray paint the concrete. The next choice is 26/28 ounces and then 40 ounce carpet.

Carpet padding: Everyone uses either 1/2” or 5/8” rebond foam. The other option is double padding – but don’t get caught with double padding with an exhibit that can't be leveled.

Most often the best bang for your buck, is the the 26/28 ounce carpet with 5/8” pad.

What is a EAC? Exhibitor Appointed Contractor. Any company (other than the “official” contractor) providing a service and needing access to the exhibit hall throughout the show. Often refers to the subcontractor who is appointed by the exhibitor to install and dismantle their booth.
