Meet the Artist: Konstantin Kublanov
A classically trained artist, Kublanov earned a Master of Fine Arts degree from St. Petersburg Pedagogical University in Russia, where he studied from 1982 to 1988. Throughout his career, he collaborated with prominent art galleries in Moscow and St. Petersburg, establishing a strong presence within Russia's vibrant art community. Today, his paintings are held in private collections throughout Germany, France, Italy, and the United States.
After relocating to the United States in 1996, Kublanov continued to expand his artistic career, becoming an active participant in plein air painting events across Missouri. His work has earned numerous awards and honors, recognizing his exceptional ability
to capture atmosphere, light, and landscape with remarkable sensitivity.
His paintings have been featured in solo exhibitions throughout St. Louis, Indianapolis, Chicago, and Kansas City, where audiences have come to appreciate his timeless style and expressive approach. This exhibition celebrates a lifetime of artistic dedication and invites viewers to experience the world through his thoughtful and accomplished perspective.
Join us on Saturday, August 8th for an Opening Reception starting at 10 a.m. Konstantin Kublanov will be doing live demonstrations in The Courtyard until 4 p.m.
