looks like Captain George Costentenus (1833–?), a famous 19th-century circus performer known as "The Tattooed Greek" or "The Greek Albanian". Costentenus became an international celebrity in the 1870s and 1880s as a star attraction in P.T. Barnum's circus.

Notable highlights of his story include:

The Tattoos: He famously claimed to have been captured during a French expedition to Burma and forcibly tattooed over the course of three months as punishment. He reportedly had 387 to 388 intricate, blue and red designs covering almost his entire body, leaving only his ears and the soles of his feet untouched.

The Look: His body was covered in detailed imagery ranging from fish, birds, and animals to geometric patterns and text.

The Fame: By 1876, he was earning a massive $100 a day to exhibit himself in Barnum's shows, eventually retiring wealthy to Greece.
