Esther L. Sanni, MSW, MLC, is a powerful storyteller, transformational speaker, and advocate whose voice ignites healing, courage, and purpose. She is the author of three impactful works: “Fired to Inspired: How I Became the Boss”—a bold memoir of reinvention after unexpected job loss; “She Told the Truth: Surviving Pain, Becoming Power,” a raw and redemptive journey through trauma, survival, and reclaiming womanhood; and “She Told the Truth: The Healing Companion,” a guided resource created to help women reflect, rebuild, and rise through their own healing process.
Esther is the President and CEO of All Administrative Solutions, a full-service employment and workforce development firm committed to second‑chance hiring and equity‑centered solutions. She also serves as president of the St. Petersburg Branch of the NAACP and is the founder of Supportive Equity Connections of Tampa Bay and the RISE Youth Program—initiatives designed to uplift individuals and communities impacted by incarceration, violence, generational hardship, and unspoken pain.
With a Master’s degree in Social Work, certification in life coaching, and specialized work as a grief coach, Esther uniquely bridges lived experience with professional expertise. She walks alongside individuals navigating loss, trauma, and life transitions, helping them rebuild not only their futures but their sense of self. Her work is rooted in the belief that healing is possible even while life is still hurting.
Whether mentoring youth, advocating for systemic change, guiding women through grief, or sharing her truth on the page, Esther leads with unshakable purpose, faith, and heart.
