Thanks to the continued generosity of Lowell and Leslie Kruse, every kindergarten family in the St. Joseph School District will once again receive a complimentary one year inspireU Family Membership!

That means a full year of unlimited opportunities to play, explore, learn and make memories together at inspireU, with access for two adults and up to four children to enjoy 20+ hands on exhibits, interactive play areas and our rooftop exploratorium. 🤩

We’re incredibly grateful to the Kruse family for continuing to invest in local families and helping make play, wellness and learning accessible to children throughout our community.

The kiddos are back to school and that’s a wrap on our Back 2 School Bot Bash! 🚌🤖🎨

From Snap Circuits and Cody Bot Fun to The Wild Robot puppet program and Wiggle Art Bots, our young innovators spent the week building, creating, experimenting and exploring all things robotics. We even upped the fun with a showing of The Wild Robot movie!

A huge thank you to The Hofheimer Trust for presenting the Back 2 School Bot Bash and helping us kick off the school year on a fun note! 😊

This week is packed with fun…from Bubbles on the Rooftop and Circle Time to Sensory Explorers, HealthyU, and Magnet Labs! 🤗

And don’t miss Tool Time Friday on August 28 at 4 pm! 🤖 Kids will experiment with 3D pens and create their very own bots to take home. Tool Time Friday is $8 for members and $12 for non members.

What better way to share exciting news than with a surprise! 🤩🥳

Michaela Martin was recently named a recipient of the Lowell C. Kruse Healthy Choices. Health Lives. Scholarship through the Mosaic Life Care Foundation, and we had the opportunity to surprise her with the announcement while she was volunteering! 🎉

Michaela is currently pursuing a degree in healthcare while also giving her time to serve our community as an inspireU volunteer. We’re so excited to see her hard work, heart for others, and dedication to healthcare recognized in such a meaningful way.

Congratulations, Michaela! We can’t wait to see where your future takes you! 🎉

A big thank you to Midland Steel Company for helping make our rooftop even more welcoming for families! ☀️

Thanks to their generosity, new benches have been installed on the rooftop, creating more spaces for all to relax, connect, and enjoy all the fun happening around them.

The installation was made complete with the artisan-crafted signage created by inspireU Maker and Auxiliary board president Zack Workman.

Community partnerships like this help us continue creating meaningful experiences for the children and families we serve every day. We are grateful for Midland Steel’s support and commitment to investing in spaces where our community can learn, play, and grow together.
