We had such a fun evening on Tuesday learning something new — Kinusaiga! Glenda from Simply Hand Made was a wonderful instructor!

This Kinusaiga class was such a fun opportunity to slow down, get creative, and try a unique Japanese fabric art technique. Choosing fabric colors and patterns took some time, but seeing everyone’s ideas come together was so worth it! Everyone who attended said they’re looking forward to the next one, so keep an eye out for the next class so you can join us!

We still have some student photo greeting cards available! Each photo was taken by a local Stafford County student -- Juan, Kenyon, Eliza, Quinn, Kylee, and Macy. 50% of the proceeds go to the student and the other 50% helps support our art center so we can continue bringing classes and events to our community.

In April, Gray Studio hosted a ceramics workshop for 4-H students. This week, the students were able to enter their ceramic creations in the Stafford County Fair. We received this picture from some happy kiddos!
