August 19th. The plaque designating that the Pelletier/Marquis House is in the National Register of Historic of Places has been installed on this special rock. That rock and many others were pulled out from underneath the house during the recent foundation repairs.

It’s an upgrade to the big doors on the Preservation Center. Hopefully the volunteers for this project will be able to do the other half this coming week. Thank you to Stan Albert, Harold Chamberland, Jean Chamberland, Roland Guerrette, and Gary Boucher.
