KEITH BACHMANN
Focused on art since childhood, Keith Bachmann studied with local luminaries Gregory Kondos and Fred Dalkey, and continues to interpret local scenes in paintings prized by collectors.

Shown: “Rose Garden in Spring,” oil on canvas, 30 inches by 40 inches. This piece is available at $1,250. Bachmann brings more than 20 paintings of beloved Sacramento scenes to PBS KVIE Gallery Jan. 7 to March 9 with a reception Thursday, Jan. 15, 5–7 p.m. The exhibit includes detailed paintings of the Crocker Art Museum and seven different views of Tower Bridge, often imbued with imagined or saturated color.

PAULA BELLACERA
Paula Bellacera is a Sacramento contemporary ceramic sculptor, painter and printmaker. Her solo exhibition at the PBS KVIE Gallery runs through Jan. 2. Bellacera’s fascination with animals explores how domestic and wild animals mirror human nature. More than 20 recent paintings incorporate the spirit of each animal along with symbols related to balance, healing and unity.
