Sabula, Iowa History

Hey everyone! I’m Cassie Wurster. If you live around Sabula, you might already know me, but if not—it’s great to meet you!
For almost 20 years, I’ve worked as a CNA. I’ve always had a huge heart for helping people, and honestly, that’s exactly why I decided to start Island City Cleaners. I wanted to find another meaningful way to take care of my neighbors and make their lives just a little bit easier.

I’m fully insured and happy to help you out with whatever you need:
🧽 Around the House: Weekly, biweekly, or monthly maintenance cleans, plus one-time deep cleans when you just need a helping hand to get things caught up.
🧽 Moving Around?: Deep move-in and move-out cleans to take the stress out of moving day.
🧽 Local Businesses & Airbnbs: Reliable commercial cleaning and quick, detailed turnover cleans for your vacation rentals.
🧽 Supporting Our Seniors: Because of my CNA background, I love helping our local seniors stay safe and independent at home. I always offer a $15 discount on every single visit for senior households.

Let me handle the heavy lifting for you! Feel free to send me a message right here on Facebook, or give me a call or text at 815-990-3500 so we can chat about your space.

As still as it is here in January,
plans are already unfolding beneath the surface.

The docks rest.
The river pauses.
The air holds its breath.

But behind these quiet days,
dreams are being sketched,
details are being gathered,
and a beautiful 2026 season is taking shape.

Winter is never empty…
it’s where the best seasons begin…
the warmth will return,
and before long,
we’ll be here together again.
