As members and volunteers of the Albany Musuem, we are missing our friend and volunteer, Don Harvey. As many know, Don passed away earlier this month, but his memory remains.

A friend shared this video with me and I had to post it. In memory of Don, here he is at the 2020 show, operating his Rumely Oil Pull tractor, as the oats are threshed. Thanks for everything, Don.

The 50th Annual MAETA show at Meriden, KS is this weekend. The Grand Marshal for the Parade of Power was Gary Bowen. He has been a driving force for Meriden for years, and was honored this year.

Gary has also been a huge help at Albany. He donated the Superior oil field engine and related equipment. He also donates money to fund the 50hp Fairbanks Morse project. In fact, if it weren't for his original donation, Engine Hill and the Big Engine Shed probably wouldn't be there!

Thank you Mr. Gary Bowen
