At Campti Field of Dreams, we focus on providing the programs and services that will provide residents in distressed communities with the opportunity and access required to help rebuild their lives. The organization has operated the Campti Historic Museum, nurtured the Helping Hands Quilting Circle, painted murals on abandoned buildings, and rehabilitated the homes of seniors. We have created com

munity gardens to provide access to fresh fruits and vegetables and now are starting marketplaces to support local entrepreneurs. Currently, we are focused on the aging farmer population in Louisiana with the goal of educating the next generation of farmers.

Yes it's wet, but rain or shine, the Regenerative Agriculture Field Day is on. Come on out to learn more about Regenerative Agriculture Systems. How we build our farm fertility from biochar, compost, vermicompost, and cover crops. Visit our registered Meishan pigs on pasture. Learn about how we rotationally graze our sheep and goats. Check out the new digs we made for our chickens and learn about the good and the bad of the system. The event is free and open to the public. Lunch will be served. Looking for something to do with your kids? All ages welcome! Dress appropriately (boots), we have had 7.45 inches of rain in the past week.
