JL Art Advisory is a boutique art consultancy firm that specializes in working with new and established collectors in cultivating their art collections. Founded by Jessica Levy, our goal is to help find quality works of art in all price ranges. We deal in all types of genres &

mediums; from Modern to Contemporary, to sculptures, sketches and paintings. Services include artist studio visits, gallery walks, art-fair walk throughs, auctions and much more. Our goal is to make the art buying process enjoyable and less overwhelming, especially to new buyers. JL Art Advisory provides the trustworthy research, education, ideas and negotiations that our clients need. Jessica Levy, owner and founder of JL Art Advisory, developed an intense passion for the world of art at a very young age. At 16, she was awarded a teaching apprenticeship at the prestigious Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City. After graduating with a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Michigan in 1996, Jessica was employed as an Art Consultant at an exclusive gallery in Soho while also working towards a Master of Fine Arts degree at NYU. Her experience has continued for well over 15 years and she has developed a strong and loyal clientele.

When have you felt your best? For me, its those moments when when I can take a step back and think... “Wow! I got through all of that on my own gratefully ALONG with the help, tough love and support from so many of my female friends, colleagues, inspirations, and family members. I genuinely appreciate the “nominations” but the real challenge is to feel this strong sense of self on your own, and not wait for someone to nominate you. I’m here for you always....

During this beyond surreal time of quarantine we are all taking life day by day, while trying to stay away from getting sick and becoming unhinged. I watch/read so many stories of those in desperate need and I wish I could do more to help. What I can provide is a brief time to try and help get out of our heads and into our spiritual feelings. I’m doing my first IG LIVE with Jeremy Penn , a painter whom I have had the privilege to work with for over 10 years. I’ll be discussing his new series of paintings while working with limited materials, outside his regular studio during a pivotal shift in his life.
