Attention parents and the children in our area. What an exciting opportunity!! Please share!

This is the last weekend for Santa's magic mailbox, which will be picked up by the North Pole mail service on Monday at 5 PM. This is your last chance to have Santa read your letter during a Facebook live event here on the history center's page. If you do not have a letter, stop by the museum front desk today and we will be glad to give you one to fill out. Santa will be reading new letters this Monday at 6 pm for the final time this year.
Remember, drop your letters in Santa’s magic mailbox by 5 pm Monday so Santa will know what to bring you and try to make your dreams come true.

đź”” Holiday Celebrations đź””
Rome Area History Center would like to wish a Happy Hanukkah to those of the Jewish faith.
It is Judaism's “festival of lights.” For eight consecutive nights, family and friends gather to light one additional candle in the menorah, a multibranched candelabra.
Rome has been blessed in many ways by prominent Jewish citizens throughout its history. The history center was honored to be part of the 150th Anniversary of Rodeph Sholom Congregation, which serves the Jewish community in Rome and the Northwest Georgia region.
