Mark your calendars for Wednesday evening, October 21st, when retired American History teacher Dennis Stahl of Meyersdale will deliver his ever-popular program on the Monongahela People who once inhabited our Somerset County Plateau. "Butch" has delivered this presentation nearly 200 times! If you haven't yet had the chance to see it for yourself, we encourage you to do so. The program will begin at 6:30 p.m. October 21 inside the Zion Lutheran Church sanctuary, 355 Center Street in Meyersdale.

Honestly, you've waited long enough for our vacant billboard post! It actually is a new Mural coming to Rockwood! We are so excited! The same muralist that painted the long gone Clappers mural will be coming to install the new one on Sunday afternoon and Monday! We'll tease you with her first preliminary sketch! She has painted it in 4x8 sheets at her studio, and will be attaching it in just a few days. LOL You are all welcome to attend.
