Kacie "KC/DC" Mahlmann has had professional work featured in publications such as Texas Monthly Magazine, Scarlet Pink Magazine, Cactus Creek Daily, as well as created custom artwork for local businesses and local fishing tournaments. Kacie followed her mother's artists footprints in pursuing a career in art. She and her mom opened their shop 'Rowdy Maui' in 2006 and continue to fill it with handmade and locally made art, home decor, clothing & more. Kacie's main subject is marine life, her love of fishing is reflected in her vibrant and whimsical acrylic paintings. Kacie creates all of the art used at the Drunken Mermaid, so everything you paint with us is straight from the artist herself. We're available for private parties too!
