Dear Action Art Gallery Artist, Patrons, Friends,

For those of you who have been around for the opening year of Action Art Gallery, you have seen amazing growth and giving in a teeny tiny showing space. We managed to maximize hanging space and house up to 70 people rotating in and.out of our openings. We sold work every month! The Artists we supported had great experiences! We donated over 500.00 to three different Womens Organizations!

For those of you who have visited the space in Rockland, you know it is indeed teeny tiny. With the space location and size, Action Art Gallery is unable to safely open. So We Are Moving!

Action Art Gallery is relocating to a space in Rockport Maine! This space will allow for more safe outdoor interactions as well as a brand new gallery/studio space. We are also working on our online presence. All of this is possible thanks to the help of Christopher Moore Cabinetmakers, and our own blood sweat and tears. Action Art Gallery is excited for what's to come! Thank you for your continuing support and patronage of the Arts!

Artist Kristen Eckmann started her "Covid Scarf" day one of quarantine. It measures over 300 feet long and is still growing. Yarn is all salvage from her Mother who passed away in 2011.
" I will knit until there is a usable vaccine."
