Curious about watercolor? Thinking about diving deeper this fall?

Join us Saturday, September 5th at 2 PM as local resident and watercolorist artist Robert Vaughan leads a live demonstration at Blue Water Fine Art Gallery—part of his ongoing exploration into future demonstrations and workshops.

Robert’s demos offer a rare look into how watercolor can be intuitive, joyful, and accessible for artists at any level. He’ll share insights into color flow, brushwork, composition, and the gentle balance between control and spontaneity that makes watercolor so captivating.

The Victoria Brooks & Rich Brooks exhibit is alive with coastal light and wildlife energy — truly! On view through August 9 at Blue Water Fine Art Gallery, 119 S. Miller St., Rockaway Beach, OR.

Victoria’s plein air coastal paintings capture the shoreline in real time, painted outdoors in shifting sun, wind, and atmosphere.

Rich’s wildlife photography adds bold movement and presence, creating a vibrant, immersive pairing that celebrates the spirit of the Pacific Northwest.
