Hello, please note that there is a clay night scheduled for next Thursday, 1/16/2025.

I was looking at our history, looking for other things, when I found this. I believe this was my first time on T.V. It is very topical, as I just had my talk to students at Black Hawk College last night. Rock the Arts was an amazing event, and I would love to put my time and energy into helping this happen again. --Amber

Amber has a table for this event and will be selling prints and stickers. She's also bringing a few collages in progress to work on during the event (avoiding social anxiety). Dan is donating this unique pencil drawing, by Charles Knudsen from his collection to benefit the DeSoto Pottery Studio, Rock Island visiting artist program to help provide refreshments for upcoming events. Thank you to everyone who came out to see the art of Charles Knudsen last night. I left the studio inspired. Chuck had art in his blood, and those who remember him know of his need to create. This mixed, private collection will be on display for drop in pottery nights through June.

Anna had a lovely exhibit last year and asked to teach some work shops at Desoto. We're happy to host her, and we are looking forward to learning new art skills. Yay! Preregistration is required. Information is on the flyer. ❤️
