Another Lost Shaker Of Salt Party in the books! Thank you to everyone who attended the fundraiser and thank you to all of our volunteers that made it happen. A special thank you to DJ Nate Berty for donating his DJ skills and all he wanted was gin and tonics! Also a special thank you to Snoops Catering for donating the chips and salsa.

It’s Friday! But not just a regular Friday it’s our Lost Shaker Of Salt Party and even though Jimmy Buffet is gone, we can still enjoy his music. DJ Nate Berty will be playing all of your Jimmy Buffet favorites from 5:00-8:30. All the fun starts at Hauberg Carriage Haus Bar and Hauberg Stables Gift Shop at 1:00. Not only do we have a special drink, but we have 3 special drinks, Margaritas, Rum Runners and Pina Coladas. Cheeseburger in Paradise baskets with all the fixins for $10.00 start at 5:00 and who doesn’t like Key Lime Pie for $5.00. As a polite reminder, please do not bring snacks in today as this is a fundraiser. Put on your tropical shirt and join us at Hauberg Estate!

I like mine with lettuce and tomatoes, Heinz 57 and french fried potatoes, big kosher pickle and a cold draft beer. Good god almighty which way do I steer.

I have a request…..tomorrow is our Lost Shaker Of Salt Party and since Cheeseburgers In Paradise are on the menu, I need tomatoes and what better tomatoes than home grown. Would anyone be willing to drop some off at Hauberg? Let me know and very much appreciated!

What’s Happening At Hauberg? We’ve been doing a little sleuthing with the stenciling so Todd took off a board behind the bookcase and here it is. Why is it so important? It’s all about the colors of the stenciling and the width of the lines so we can recreate the pattern or expose it, whatever makes sense to do. We knew it was there, but to see for real is always a surreal experience. You might have noticed the scaffolding up for the last month. The birds no longer live in trim on the loggia. All repaired and painted. Now on to the back side of the carriage house to take care of where the squirrel is living and then on to the garden shed where more birds are living. Thanks Fred, Todd and Paul for doing all the work. Dave Cordes found more pictures that we’ve never seen before and we have requested higher resolution of them so stenciling can be seen even better. A big announcement coming soon on the Hauberg Children’s Art Garden. Stay Tuned.

It’s 5 O’Clock Somewhere! It’s time for our Lost Shaker Of Salt Party this Friday from 1:00-9:00. Cheeseburgers In Paradise baskets will be served starting at 5:00 $10.00 and if you want a slice of key lime pie, you can get that also. You can stop at the Tiki Bar and get your margarita’s and rum runners. Nate Berty will be playing all your Jimmy Buffet songs all evening. Put on your tropical shirts and join us!

It is Friday and it is going to be a very peachy day! Stop in to the Hauberg Carriage Haus Bar and Hauberg Stables Gift Shop from 1PM - 9PM and grab yourself a Peach Moscow Mule! It is also a lovely day to work out in the gardens with Heather from 1PM - 3PM for Hauberg Happy Hour with Flowers, help make the gardens stunning AND get a free drink afterwards? Who wouldn't like that? Tours of the mansion are at 3PM and are $10 per person, students are free. Speaking of tours, did you know that we offer 5 different tours related to the estate? You can grab one of our punch cards for $30 from the gift shop and get a deal on all 5 of those!

It’s Friday, but just no regular Friday, it’s Tunes at the Tulip Friday. Enjoy some blues with Tanya English Trio from 5:30-8:30 at the Hauberg Carriage Haus Bar and Hauberg Stables Gift Shop. It looks like the morning rain will turn to sunshine by this afternoon. Hauberg Happy Hour with Flowers is from 1:00-3:00 today. Join Heather for work in the garden and receive our drink special of the day Crown Royal with Lemonade. There are some new things to see on the mansion tour today starting at 3:00, adults $10.00, students are always free.
