"At its core, art has the ability to bypass barriers and reach audiences on a deeply personal level" - Nonsuch Foundation. This resembles how the peace within the sculpture garden creates something within us that travels beyond what is to be seen by the eye and is provoked by love and healing from the soul.

Our volunteer luncheon was held on Saturday, April 25th at the museum. We thanked our volunteers for all the good work they have done this past year. We could not have done this without you. A special yellow rose was presented to everyone, which represents friendship.

A scholarship was given to Lucy Fulton, at our luncheon, who is a Mayo High School volunteer for the museum. She will go on to study Mechanical Engineering at the University of MN in Minneapolis.

A good time was had by all.
