Anyone making decisions about education should have to spend real time inside a classroom—not for a photo op, not for a speech, but for the full reality of it.

Sit in those desks. Manage those students. Handle the distractions, the pressure, the expectations, and the lack of support that teachers deal with every single day.

Because it’s easy to make policies when you’re far removed from the consequences. It’s a lot harder when you’re the one standing in front of 25 kids trying to keep their attention while doing three jobs at once.

If the people writing the rules had to live them, even for a short time, a lot of those rules would change overnight.

Education isn’t a theory—it’s a frontline job. And it deserves decisions made by people who actually understand it.
