Dias Artistries is founded on the idea's and artistry of Humboldt County artisan Adam Dias. Adam Dias' main medium, natural wood working, has always been rooted in the rich history of Humboldt County's tourism and reclaimed burl wood industry. However, Dias' philosophy that "art is everywhere, it's in us as humans, it's in everything we do, the choices we make" has been the foundation of Dias's success as a local artisan, and has given him the ability to branch out, and move past the normal mold of simply producing products for the tourist industry. This has allowed him to incorporate his other mediums into the world of custom wood working, creating an experience for the customer that is like no other. Currently, Dias has found a home in Rio Dell, and his current studio, located at 390 Wildwood Ave, is open most days of the week and gives visitors a look into creative and imaginative world of Adam Dias.
