beautifying our outside surroundings & empowering our inner selves. FGA : Future Generation Artistry
And just like that — From a halloween costume collaboration to a friendship & business partnership that is revolutionizing Visual Art creation, presentation & appreciation, Future Generation Artistry (FGA) was formed. Je’free (Peter Jeffrey Yabut), Artist for FGA, took the journey in the art world
beginning with Poetry then Music which led to Videos and finally to this young genre of Visual Art : Original Digital Art enhanced by back-lit LED frames. To ensure this medium goes mainstream & eventually becomes traditional is a mission he chose for FGA to pioneer. Robert Hartman, the Art Collaborator, gained a wealth of knowledge in his over 40 years of experience in Retail & Wholesale. From the Marketing & Advertising side of the industry, he honed his artistic eye & creative skills. His vision is accessibility of inexpensive amazing art for everybody. The perfect timing of these 2 minds meeting in a predominantly digital era conceived the idea of Digital Art + LED Technology. Utilizing glossy metallic paper, archival ink & LED frames in various configurations, their process involves digital photography/manipulation/collaging & algorithms. The application of particular art elements, such as color & texture, and of art principles, like contrast & perspective are most especially emphasized. With a very eclectic artwork collection, categories of subject & content were created - Quantum Realm, Nature’s Bounty, Aesthetic Decor, Athletics/Sports & Holidays/Special Occasions. Beneath the facade of aesthetics, they believe that the essence & beauty of Visual Art is at its entirety & fullest profundity when Visual Artwork is given ‘soul’. Each artwork, in limited edition & enriched with inspiration, comes with an enlightening & thought-provoking original quote. The foundation of their artistry is keeping a constantly observant eye, a fertile, unbridled imagination & a continuous development of technical skills. Regularly invited to do prestigious art exhibits, such as Beverly Hills Art Show & festivals mainly in the South Bay Beach Cities & LA County areas, they continue to expand the perception of Visual Art. When asked what attributes to the positive reactions of people & accolades from fellow artists, they always point it back to the special features of Digital Art + LED back-lit frames — its modern presentation of artwork that makes it seem 3D, its power to set an ambience/enhance a mood, its easy interchangeability of artworks, its cost efficiency & longevity, its glare-free artsy night lamp functionality & its boost of the ingrained message in the visual. One of the first milestones as artists was opening up a gallery & store in Redondo Beach, CA where they get to sell also exclusive items/gift items (ie. that incorporate their artworks. They believe Art proves its power by being constantly influential from generation to generation. Its future is paved by a path of progressive evolution. For FGA, the future generation of visual arts will be digital & lit. By: Je’free
