Second Chance Comedy Presents: “We’re All Doing Great” & Other Lies, a night of stand-up comedy about the messy, beautiful, and very human experiences we all share.
Featuring real stories about mental health, recovery, addiction, grief, and the everyday struggles that come with being human, this isn’t just a comedy show—it’s a chance to laugh, connect, and find a little healing through humor.

Join curator Marty Two Bulls Jr. for a conversation exploring Tailings and the stories that inspired the exhibition. Uŋči Makȟa Nakičiŋži, which translates to Protect Mother Earth, centers on Lakota knowledge of the Black Hills and current conservation efforts. This engaging evening invites visitors of all ages to learn, ask questions, and connect with the land through art.

The program will also feature culture bearer James Star Comes Out sharing perspectives on sacred sites, alongside educational activities and presentations from the Black Hills Clean Water Alliance focused on water, land stewardship, and conservation. Children's activities, including watershed demonstrations, coloring pages, and educational materials, will be available throughout the evening.
