Saturday, December 7, 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. come visit the the 16th Street Studios 24th Annual Open House. 16th Street Studios, the creative home of 70 local artists, is at 1405 16th Street in Racine, Wisconsin.

This FREE, family-friendly annual event is a great place to start your holiday shopping with special unique gifts, created by local artists and artisans. Perhaps you will even find gifts for you!

The artists who make up 16th Street Studios work in many media like painting, collage, sculpture, ceramics, printmaking, writing, filmmaking, puppet making and more. Several artists are award winning regionally, nationally and even internationally. Each studio is a unique reflection of the artists passion and style.

Explore this vibrant artist incubator of creative entrepreneurs inside the Racine Business Center, the oldest business incubator in the US. Visit Gallery on 16th which is the creative exhibit space for the artists of 16th Street Studios and experience the newly installed 2019 Winter Exhibit. Enjoy music throughout the building and buy lunch at Chez Bob’s. Some studios will have activities for kids of all ages.

Since our last open house you will find that we’ve continued to grow and evolve. We cannot wait to welcome you!

Three-dimensional sculptural work highlighted in exhibit

RACINE — “In Space: Sculptural Awareness,” a summer invitational exhibit featuring three-dimensional work of local artists, will be shown June 20-Aug. 15 at the Gallery on 16th in the Racine


The gallery will be closed for upkeep during the month of August. We will open in September with an exhibit of new artwork by 16th Street Studios resident artists.


Construction has begun on 16th St. RBC is still accessible by either 17th St. from Memorial Dr. coming into the back lot (you may park in any spot that just says RESERVED without a name) or by parking on Ann St. or Junction Ave and crossing over. We're open Tuesdays and Thursdays 10am - 3pm or by appointment. (262) 637.3958
