Happy fall, y’all. October is a great time to visit Provincetown. It’s not crowded and there are still plenty of things to do. We’ve been in the 60s during the day and 50s at night. It’s been an incredible whale watching season and it’s still going. I had some people in a couple of days ago who saw 24 whales on their trip. Taking a ride through the dunes with Art’s Dune Tours is an incredible experience. Most restaurants, galleries, and shops are open. Come see!

The calm before the storm. Batten down the hatches. I’ll be closing early today and probably be closed through the weekend. This nor’easter looks like a doozy. Stay safe everybody.

As we say goodbye to summer 2026 this weekend now it’s time to celebrate September. The crowds are gone, the weather is spectacular, and everything is open. Come see why September is my favorite month on Cape Cod.
