Known for his moving mobiles and playful wire sculptures, Calder also created an entire miniature circus from materials like wire, cork, cloth, and string…bringing tiny acrobats and animals to life!

His work reminds us that art can move, surprise, and invite us to play. A little inspiration, a lot of imagination, and a studio full of young sculptors. ✨

From Wingu Tingima-inspired painting and Alexander Calder’s whimsical circus to wizard hats, Yayoi Kusama-inspired pumpkins, fairy gardens, and forest animal crowns, there’s something magical to make all season long.

PLUS! A special SCHOOL HOLIDAY WORKSHOP on Monday, October 12! No school = more time to create.

At Erase, our children’s workshops are all about exploring real artists and new materials, experimenting, and giving children the freedom to make something that feels completely their own.
