Lots of exciting projects coming up and I just had to give Colorado Glass Works a try! Looks like they offer 10% off your first order and free shipping over $100…that’s a pretty good deal! So I went ahead and bought a couple dichroic scrap packs to experiment with. We’ll see how it goes!

Thank you Lexi Damon for the recommendation 🙏

My projects tend undergo a rather extended ugly stage during soldering. The magic is in the details. These golden rutile droplets dangling from a crystal quartz chain amplify energies of spiritual connectedness, clarity and personal manifestation. For the stained glass chain itself, I plan to use prehnite beads, also known as “the healer’s healer”.

Now consider the Subject: Bee symbolizes hard work, diligence, community, prosperity and renewal. While the Daisy symbolizes innocence, purity, new beginnings & the radiant simplicity of the soul.

Considering each piece of glass is wrapped in copper foil (energy conductor), this piece when complete will be vibing hard.

I get so excited as we near the final stages of these energetic creations. Truly, it is such a pleasure working with these materials. It’s like making a treasure just for you🪎💎💎💎

Good afternoon fellow glassers! Question, where do y’all get your dichroic glass from? From what I’ve seen so far, it’s looking pretty darn expensive for a little bit. I don’t want to make an ill informed decision😬 Please lmk if you have any recommendations🙏

Foiling my bee this morning. Discussing how I manage foiling inside curves. I typically select the narrowest foil I can get away with for the glass size and this helps to prevent splitting, along with applying heat/friction to the tape.

Have a great day and keep creating my friends!

Cutting is done for today. Sawing and grinding ahead! There are several “ugly stages” before we get to the pretty part😂

I heard it’s good for you though. It’s only in the past 200 years or so (since the discovery of germs) did we really back off the whole leech thing. I’ll keep my stained glass😋

Time to raise the frequency 🐝🐝🐝 calling in bee vibrations!

MainelyZen For real, this card popped out of my deck…I didn’t seek it out. Do you see that it shares the divine architecture of a honey comb? There is no separation. This represents the highest frequency of life. What is crazy is that this card isn’t even included in the guide book. My mind is officially blown. This piece is going to be life changing.

Cutting out my stained glass pattern this morning. I discuss why I choose not to use pattern scissors and share a couple simple tips to help prevent your glass from growing as it tends to do.

I just wanted to offer an artist spotlight for my dear friend Denise Waldack. She is a true creator, working with many mediums. A naturalist to the core, you find her painting on leaves, rocks and rough wood in addition to canvas & paper. She works with glass, beads, fabric and more! This woman create hundreds of pieces each year. Including fantastic jewelry- like “boot candy” and “face jewelry”. If you love unique artwork, please give her a follow!
