❄️ March in Appalachia: sunshine yesterday, snow today.

Which feels like a pretty good excuse for something warm.

We just stocked new hearty oatmeal cups at the Dream Bean:

🍌 Banana Nut
🍎 Apple Cinnamon

They’re nut-free, gluten-free, and made with simple ingredients...perfect for a snowy morning.

And we’ve got a fresh stash of local honey from Appalachian Beekeeping Collective too. 🍯

With the wind whipping and snow coming down, we’re giving our team a cozy night in and canceling Open Mic tonight.

❤️ La Rouge - a Red Dress Event is almost here, and tomorrow we celebrate some fantastic artists who shape our community.

We’ll gather inside Dream Bean for an evening of live music, poetry, and brand-new works from local and regional creators.
