Back to the better late than never theme... Timberdays at the museum had an art show on the lawn thanks to Evergreen Art Association. It was a beautiful display of talented artists from our community. There was even a booth for people to create their own art!

Dave Day and his helper, our resident cougar, consulted on the best way to install mini blinds to keep out the sun and some of the heat after our heat pump went out. Tyler Speraw stepped up and said he could do that. And he did... including installing our upstairs air conditioner until we can get the heat pump problem solved.

For those of you who have noticed, our museum has needed new paint for a couple of years. And before it could get better, it got worse! Tyler Speraw has scraped and sanded and prepped and power washed and TODAY in the 90+ heat, he sprayed an oil base primer on it. He says it will be finished by Timberdays!!

Better late than never... (been having some technical problems with my computer)... our 4th of July street fair brought in so many visitors. The cutest was Shaydn Haynes (age 5) accompanied by her mother, Aiden Caasa, and grandmother Shanna Learn.
