We were so excited to host over 60 people over the weekend at the Narcissa Prentiss House! A huge shout out to the Steuben Historian for all his hard work in making the Steuben County Museum Trail such a success!

Today was the first day of the Steuben County Museum tour. Hopefully, we'll do this annually! We had 29 visitors today. 29!!! A great start to the 24-25 season!

Update: We have a water heater donated! That is such a huge help!

The Narcissa House basement took a beating from the recent flooding. We will need to replace the furnace and water heater. Thankfully the electric box did not have any damage. First we must remove all of the mud. We are looking at a few options. If you have had to deal with this sort of mud before and have suggestions we are open to them! The house will be closed for tours until further notice. We have had flooding in the basement.

We will have the house open today from 1-4 but we are also set up at Lincoln Hill Farms for Gorham Days. Lots of activities and live music from 11-2! Come visit me!

The Narcissa Prentiss House is open this weekend from 10-2 on Saturday, July 13th and 1-4 on Sunday. July 14th. Learn a little more about Narcissa and why she is so important to the American history. This marking is in Wyoming.
