🎨✨“I WAS THERE” — PEPE MOSCOSO NEW COLLAGE COLLECTION

What if the places we visit could become little dreams we carry with us?

This year, mixed-media collage artist Pepe Moscoso transforms his travels, encounters, and everyday discoveries into “I Was There,” a new collection of whimsical, dreamlike collages inspired by the places he visited throughout 2026. ✂️🌎

Through photography, fragments of memories, imagination, and unexpected characters, Pepe reimagines real-life experiences as surreal little worlds. For Pepe, collage is more than assembling images. It’s a way of collecting moments, revisiting memories, and creating new stories from the pieces life leaves behind.

✨ Want to follow the journey behind the collection? Visit Pepe Moscoso on Instagram, where Pepe will share more about “I Was There,” including the inspiration, stories, and creative process behind these new works.

As part of Portland Open Studios, Pepe will open a mini studio at Blind Insect Gallery, giving visitors a chance to explore his work, see his creative process up close, and discover the imagination behind each collage.

📍 Studio #32 — Blind Insect Gallery
🗓️ October 10–11 & 17–18, 2026
⏰ 10 AM–4 PM
🎟️ Free admission

Come meet Pepe, explore his new collection, and take a little piece of the journey home!
